Pink & Purple Rockstar Cake

Pink/Purple Rockstar cake..yeah I should have made the guitars but I ran out of time! Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese icing for filling. The outside of the cake is vanilla buttercream icing with fondant decorations & Pink/Purple disco dust!! :) This is quite possible the most girlie cake i've made so far & I'm loving it!

My husband doesn't like icing so i'm always trying to find ways to decorate his sweets with something else! These were a WINNER! Naked chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes with a chocolate heart & gold dicso dust!!

Holiday Cakes

French Vanilla cake with Buttcream icing. This was for a Jamaican Independence Celebration. The island, the national bird is the doctor hummingbird, & national fruit ackee is on this. I loved how it turned out & it was eaten in less then 5 minutes!

Marble cake, chocolate buttercream icing, fondant leaves as feathers. Things to be thankful for are on each feather with an ediable cake marker

Baby Shower Cake

Triple layer 12in round marble cake with pink buttercream icing inside & out. Baby butt/legs is made from chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream icing. The feet are rice crispy treats covered in chocolate buttercream

Children's Cakes

Top tier is strawberry cake, middle tier is chocolate, & bottom is strawberry. Buttercream icing with royal icing flowers.

White 2 tiered Disney Cars Cake with buttercream icing & fondant decorations. The banner, car, & route 66 sign's are not fondant.

I started out with white cake batter then colored the batter rainbow colors so the cake as a rainbow tie dye effect to it w/buttercream icing.

This is my first time blogging ever! It is true that I am a bit late since people have been blogging for years now. It's a new year so cheer's to trying something new!
