French Vanilla cake with Buttcream icing. This was for a Jamaican Independence Celebration. The island, the national bird is the doctor hummingbird, & national fruit ackee is on this. I loved how it turned out & it was eaten in less then 5 minutes!
Marble cake, chocolate buttercream icing, fondant leaves as feathers. Things to be thankful for are on each feather with an ediable cake marker
White cake with buttercreaming icing. Basketweaving, royal icing flowers, & color flow holly berries.
