M&M's, KitKat's & CAKE oh my!!

This was a simple cake to put together for my kids to ring in the new year 2013!! It was a hit & looked very festive! Marble cake covered in chocolate ganache, m&m's, kitkats & a bow to hold  it all together!  Cheers to the new year & I hope you all have a prosperous one!

Princess 1st Birthday Cakes

Once upon a time there was a little Princess who celebrated her 1st birthday in a HUGE way!!! I was so excited to bake these cakes & celebrate with her! Marble cake, vanilla buttercream icing & fondant/gumpaste decorations. Oh and it wouldn't be complete without glittering the cakes! 

Dinosaur's say RAWRRRRR

My sister wanted to celebrate her 15th birthday in style with a Dinosaur cake of course. This was so fun to make & to think I thought it would be a boring cake to do. Marble cake with caramel buttercream filling. fondant decorations & candy rocks.

Strawberry Shortcake for my sweet 7 year old!

Who doesn't love strawberry short cake? This was my daughter's request for her 7th birthday & it turned out very yummy! White cake, fresh strawberries for the filling, vanilla buttercream icing & fondant decorations.
