Oh goodness I have a 2yr old son now!! I can't believe how fast babies grow up. I decided to make a soccer on the beach cake for him since I haven't seen any. My husband grew up playing soccer on the beach in Jamaica. This always amazes me because it's hard to walk/run on the beach let alone play soccer! My son had a splendid day turning 2 & was super excited about his cake! The day was breezy like it would be if we were actually at the beach! Marble cake, vanilla buttercream icing & brown sugar for sand.
