Usain Bolt cake.....LOVE

For those of you who do not know, Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world. He looks amazing on the track & on this cake! In Beijing  he won his first gold medals & broke world records. That year he had gold puma shoes that are incredible. I wish  I had a pair but I guess fondant ones will have to do. This cake is vanilla, buttercream icing, fondant decorations, chocolate gold medals & ribbon. In London 3 Jamaican's swept the 200m so I put 3 gold medals on the cake. They won gold, silver & bronze but it was so amazing that they all might has well have won GOLD! ha!  There is an 11yr old boy that we all love who received this cake & it was a blast watching him celebrate in style!

Girlie Purse for a Princess

I was very excited to bake this purse! No it didn't come out of the oven looking like a purse but it was surely a lot of fun creating it! It always amazes me the transformation a cake makes from beginning through to the finishing touch. This  is a vanilla cake, buttercream icing, fondant decorations & ribbon. The little princess who celebrated her 4th birthday was thrilled to see her cake! She loves purses and my kids had a blast celebrating with her! 

CHEESECAKES...that is all..... :)

Cheesecake has to be the best food in the world!! When you hide the huge crack with delicious goodness it gets even better! A Happy Birthday to my mom the greatest lady on this planet. She requested a cheesecake for her birthday & oh boy did I deliver. :) Check out this Oreo crusted, chewy caramel, coconut cheesecake drizzled with chocolate & sprinkled with chocolate chips....THINK big huge Samoa girl scout cookies BUT way better.....divine perfection!

 

This next one I baked was requested by my mom for a few of her co workers. Oooh don't you wish you worked with my mom! This was an Oreo crusted, chewy caramel, chocolate cheesecake.

Pink & Purple yummo!

I baked these cute pink & purple cupcakes. My daughter is in her second year of girl scouts & I thought I'd start their year of with a sweet treat! Yeah they need to eat healthy but oh my goodness is it nice to devour a sweet glitter cupcake!
