I have a very close friend who was getting ready to have a birthday. I couldn't let her birthday go by without baking one of her most favorite treats!

Our children have grown up together & their family is basically my family! So only the BEST would do for my sweet friend Simone!!! Not as amazing as the Cheesecake Factory of course...it is hard for any baker to rise to that level of perfection. However, nothing beats a one & only cheesecake made with all the love I could possibly squeeze into a cake!
